Description

• Join TD Insurance's National Catastrophe Claims Team • Provide advice and support to customers following a Residential claim loss • Ensure a thorough and complete compilation of facts to resolve claims • Maintain detailed claims notes and deliver timely progress updates • Inspect insured dwellings and document repair costs

Requirements

• 3-5 or more years of claims adjusting experience in residential insurance • Solid understanding of building repair techniques and requirements • Knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis • HAAG certification or equivalent course preferred • Excellent customer service skills • Proven ability to negotiate outcomes • Strong investigative skills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Available to travel nationally • Ability to work weekends and evenings as required • Support for process improvements • Bilingual (English and French) for Quebec-based applicants preferred
