Description

• Oversee activity of Residential Home Lending Operations Quality Assurance • Manage developing, implementing, and execution strategy of first line of defense • Collaborate with line of business partners for quality and reliable testing • Lead teams with accountability for audit remediation and quality assurance • Maintain comprehensive understanding of commercial lending, risk management, and credit policy

Requirements

• 4 year degree or progressive work experience • 10+ years related experience required • In depth knowledge of Commercial business line, business model, credit risk management • Strong communication skills including the ability to influence others • Experience designing and delivering training g• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across multiple stakeholders
