Description

• Investigates transactions escalated by the business units for suspicious activity • Works directly with partners to identify gaps that provide opportunities for fraud • Evaluates current fraudulent activity perpetrated against the Bank • Identifies opportunities for enhancing the Bank's fraud prevention systems and processes • Investigates through-the-door applications, booked accounts and transactions to prevent bad actors • Provides essential information, interpretative and detailed analysis for TPI strategies • Simplifies technical and process information, conveys expectations, handles sensitive issues • Makes recommendations for enhancements that will create or enhance fraud detection techniques

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Undergraduate degree preferred • 5+ years relevant experience • Seasoned knowledge of variety of products and services, systems, standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations • Knowledge of current and emerging trends • Skilled in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques • Skilled in using computer applications including MS Office • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form • Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships and mentor/coach others • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently • Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
