β€’ Audit the pricing system daily to ensure the accuracy of published rates. β€’ Ensure all pricing-related data is accurately entered and maintained. β€’ Review and verify lock requests received by the lock desk. β€’ Handle lock maintenance requests such as extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, etc. β€’ Assist with pricing-related questions regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines. β€’ Assist with mandatory trade data preparation, execution, and input. β€’ Analyze and resolve operational issues associated with rate lock mismatches. β€’ Research pricing requests and update the system with required pricing changes. β€’ The Lock Desk Analyst is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day. β€’ Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

β€’ Preference will be given to applicants located in the Eastern Time Zone to support collaboration with our team and clients. β€’ A minimum of 2+ years of mortgage pricing/registration experience. β€’ High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and often stressful environment. β€’ Must accept coaching and constructive criticism regarding best practices and designated organizational scripts. β€’ Must have excellent organization, computer, and verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Must have analytical thinking ability, diplomacy, and professionalism. β€’ Work well with other team members and leaders, including colleagues, correspondent counterparties, vendors, and leadership team members. β€’ Must possess proficient computer skills in applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, and LOS systems.
