Description

• Act as a liaison between business/end users and IT systems development teams • Develop server applications using languages like Python, PHP, .NET, etc. • Identify and analyze business needs and conduct requirements gathering • Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes • Research business requirements and document relationships within the application system • Translate business requirements into technical artifacts

Requirements

• BS in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field • Knowledge of Relational Databases, Data Structures, and standard development techniques (RUP, OOD, SDLC) • SQL skills • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly grasp and understand both business and technical concepts • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with a diverse group of people including management, subject matter experts, developers, and testers • Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients
