Description

• Leads governance & control function for CCUL through governance strategy development, communication, and implementation • Oversees Governance & Control activities, assessing risks and recommending changes • Partners with the business to respond to audits and exams, developing proactive strategies • Maintains a culture of risk management and control • Represents the business on Risk Management, Compliance, AML Vendor Management, Regulatory and Audit initiatives • Drives enhancements to the control environment, ensuring efficient monitoring of controls • Provides insight or guidance to the executive leadership team • Acts as the business representative for all audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 10+ years of related experience • In-depth knowledge of relevant banking and regulatory rules and policies, specifically in credit cards/unsecured lending • Significant experience with regulators and audit partners across a multi-disciplined business division • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities • Able to manage and influence effectively within a matrix environment • Organizational awareness & the ability to balance the viewpoints of various stakeholders
