Description

• Lead a specialized team of Quantitative Strategist professionals and specialists. • Guide the team in developing pricing models for various asset classes. • Validate and approve Retail capital models and credit risk scorecard models. • Conduct AML model validation projects, including strategy development and issue communication. • Ensure compliance with Bank’s internal Model Risk Policy and industry best practices. • Support auditors and regulators with requests related to AML models and validations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required, advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) • 7+ years relevant experience • Ability to analyze complex information and develop plans to address identified issues • Strong intuitive judgment and negotiation/influencing skills • Strong statistical background and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a graduate degree in one or more areas like statistics, economics, mathematics, etc. • Knowledge in AML program including transaction monitoring, KYC, sanctions and related regulatory requirements
