Description

• Consult with Customers about current and future lending needs. • Engage Customers over the phone to gather information about their financial situations. • Deliver Legendary Customer Service in a Contact Center team environment. • Proactively make outbound calls to Customers. • Evaluate loan programs and suggest appropriate loan products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required. • 1+ years of related experience required. • Demonstrated sales ability including knowledge of TD Bank’s products and services. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills required. • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging work environment. • Excellent problem solving and time management skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Highly developed customer service skills. • Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations required, including but not limited to HMDA, SAFE, RESPA, and TILA.
