Description

• Responsible for coordinating logistics and planning of high-impact sales events and meetings • Execute strategic communication efforts that engage and align our sales organization • Manage travel and attendee data • Provide on-site support and communication • Support communications initiatives for the global sales organization • Maintain internal team SharePoint site organization

Requirements

• 2+ years of meeting and event planning experience for large-scale, complex corporate or government and/or entertainment industry events • 25% + travel required • CMP certification preferred • Bachelors degree preferred • Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to frequent change and short lead times • Demonstrated skills in prioritizing, decision-making, time management, and verbal/written communication skills • Experience working with top C-Level executives • Possess a strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times • Strong presentation skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Able to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
