β’ Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of commercial insurance sales experience, with a proven track record of success in securing new business and managing client relationships. β’ Licensing: Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required. β’ Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance lines, including but not limited to property, general liability, workers' compensation, and business auto coverage. β’ Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. β’ Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and insurance carriers. β’ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems and insurance quoting platforms. β’ Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing. β’ Customer-Centric: A passion for helping businesses protect their operations, assets, and employees with the right insurance solutions.
