Description

• The Senior Change Mgmt Analyst leads and executes Change Management activities • Expert level professional role requiring knowledge/expertise in change management • Leads end-to-end delivery of major deliverables for projects of mid-range complexity • Collaborates with project/change stakeholders to complete assigned deliverables • Acts as a subject matter expert and a resource for others • Leads the resolution of complex problems requiring analysis; • Builds stakeholder alignment in leading projects

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • Relevant Change Management Accreditations are an asset • 5+ years related experience in a project environment • Proficient knowledge of change management principles and best practices • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations • Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities • Skill in mentoring, coaching, using software tools, data analysis and reporting techniques
