Description

• Provides leadership and direction for construction project management • Ensures successful and cost-effective implementation of projects • Manages teams including outsourced vendors and suppliers • Develops and monitors plans to ensure completion of goals • Develops and manages relationships with executives, managers, and consultants • Responsible for business case inputs and decision authority on project delivery strategies • Orchestrates and manages all project stakeholders • Ensures budgets and standards are maintained by project team • Partners with leadership to validate construction documents • Organizes project calls and meetings to maintain project health • Reviews and approves financial reconciliation and change orders • Manages project delivery vendors and ensures customer experience

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in interior fit outs, corporate and retail • Experience in ground up buildings • Post secondary education in project management, architecture or related field • Strong understanding of regulatory and municipal codes
