📋 Description

• Plans, manages and delivers projects through all specific phases. • Provides leadership, direction, and coaching to teams. • Manages projects with a moderate to high level of regulatory oversight. • May lead the delivery of Tier 1, Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 projects. • Indirectly manages cross-LoB project teams consisting of Business Analysts and Technology Resources as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree • Project Management Certification required • 10+ years relevant experience • Comprehensive knowledge of project management practices and principles. • Exposure to financial management (tracking, forecasting, and managing project budgets). • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills. • Team player with capability to build and maintain relationships. • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically. • Ability to stay focused under pressure and demonstrate resilience. • Good judgment for issue escalation and resolution.
