📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale enterprise projects built on the DevonWay software stack. • Collaborate with customers to document requirements and ensure deliverables align with project scope, schedule, and budget. • Coordinate with internal departments throughout the project lifecycle to ensure company-wide alignment and resource availability. • Maintain a clear communication flow with all stakeholders, addressing any challenges that arise during project execution. • Drive project progress and motivate internal resources to complete tasks on time, while adeptly managing expectations with customers. • Utilise project management tools to create and maintain project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met. • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support a collaborative work environment. • Employ effective problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and negotiate solutions that align with project goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager with experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Comfortable having difficult conversations with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy. • Excellent communication, time-management, negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practises. • Proficient in project management software, particularly in developing project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project. • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) is advantageous.
