• Responsible for full cycle recruiting • Provide outstanding customer service and guidance • Oversee the credentialing process for providers • Collect, review, and verify information related to providers • Ensure compliance with recruiting standards and regulations • Serve as a liaison for timely credentialing information • Collaborate with teams to resolve recruiting issues
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS databases • Ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms • Strong knowledge of job posting requirements • Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews • Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing talent • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professionalism and diplomacy in handling sensitive information • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Collaborative mindset
