• This is a remote position that can be based out of your home office anywhere within the United Kingdom, Italy, France or Germany. • The Director of Sales, Europe for the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine BU will partner with the AD&M VP of Global Sales and Marketing to drive the Go-to-Market growth strategy for the business and drive revenue in the Europe, with the goal of outpacing market growth. • This leader will be responsible for driving direct and indirect sales with a primary focus on market share growth across the product portfolio within our customer base and will lead a team of account and sales managers dedicated to growing the business and delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
• Proven Sales Management/ leadership experience. • Previous knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense market is a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree with a technical knowledge and discipline, or equivalent. • MBA strongly preferred. • Demonstrated leadership in attracting, building, and developing large high-performing sales teams with a proven track record of success. • Strong Business, commercial, and technical acumen. • Ability to develop, articulate, and implement sales strategy to grow revenue and market share. • Proven experience in developing effective regional and account strategies. • Capability in demand planning and sales operations. • Able to deal with ambiguity while still managing vision and purpose. • Demonstrated past ability to not only meet or exceed sales goals but outpace market growth. • Visionary thought leader and strategic thinker. • Collaborative, ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners within a global and diverse organization. • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills. • Strong sense of urgency and bias for action. • Knowledge of systems (Salesforce.com, MS Office, SAP, etc.). • Previous experience with American markets is desirable.
