📋 Description
• Provide implementation support to districts throughout the core curriculum pilot and adoption process • Deliver engaging and impactful live and virtual professional development to teachers and administrators – up to 50% possible travel • Help develop professional development and implementation resources for Takeoff by IXL Math • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful implementation • Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of IXL
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree • 5+ years of educational professional development experience • 2+ years of school or district leadership experience • Experience teaching elementary math • Experience leading a core curriculum adoption strongly preferred • Exceptional presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology
