•Teachstone is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager (CSM) to drive client growth. •Develop and execute strategies to increase client adoption, retention, and satisfaction. •Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to align Teachstone solutions with their unique goals. •Serve as the internal advocate for clients by collecting feedback and enhancing our offerings. •Support the onboarding and implementation process for Teachstone services. •Manage logistics of contract delivery and renewal efficiently. •Monitor client health metrics and mitigate risks. •Manage and track sales opportunities using Salesforce. •Engage in regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. •Create and present detailed client reports and provide actionable recommendations. •Maintain an in-depth understanding of Teachstone’s products and services.

Requirements

•Education: Education degree or equivalent •Experience: Three to five years in a client success, service delivery, project management, or consultancy role with a strong sales orientation. •Military Knowledge: Understanding of military structures and processes. •Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, build trust, and drive client success and growth. •Educational Knowledge: Understanding of educational structures and best practices in child and teacher development. •Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive and effective client interactions. •Travel: Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%. •Technical Proficiency: Competence in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Drive Suite). •Product Familiarity: Knowledge of the Classroom Assessment Scoring System and other Teachstone products is a plus. •CRM Experience: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
