Come join Teachstone, the interaction company! • Teachstone helps organizations conduct classroom observations and provides professional development so that teachers improve, and children learn more. • Role Overview: Teachstone is looking for a creative and organized collaborator to join the Observation Services team as a Project Coordinator. You will manage email communication, support client outreach, and coordinate with observers on CLASS protocols and project logistics. • This role may require up to 50% travel. • Role Responsibilities: Observer support and communication, recruiting qualified candidates, scheduling support, reviewing and analyzing data for improvement, tracking observation details, and other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong Knowledge of and experience with the CLASS methodology required • Excellent Excel and Google Sheet Skills • Fluency in English required, Spanish fluency a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and diplomatic demeanor • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening • Proficient using standard Google office software such as Gmail, Google docs, sheets and presentations • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and changing expectations • Enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environment • Think at both a big-picture and detailed level • Experience with Learning Management Systems (i.e Canvas) a plus • Comfortable working in person, in the cloud, etc.
