Description

• Tealium is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Demand Generation Manager to lead our Field Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts across three North American territories. • Responsible for the planning and execution of territory-specific marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales cycles. • Work closely with Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to build and execute comprehensive marketing plans that include account standups, territory plans, and regional events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, ABM, or related roles within a SaaS environment. • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). • Familiarity with ABM methodologies. • Strong understanding of the North American SaaS market and competitive landscape. • Proven experience working with partner teams to build and execute co-marketing plans. • Strong experience in planning and executing regional events, with a track record of driving successful outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales teams, with a deep understanding of the sales process and pipeline management. • Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to inform decision-making. • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year. Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.
