📋 Description
• Support the Business Development Technology team in expanding the Partner Ecosystem • Identify technical requirements based on the agreed Business cases • Gain deep technical knowledge of the 3rd platforms we integrate with • Design the technical solution based on the Business Case and generate required documentation • Act as subject matter expert and consultant during development phase • Manage external development vendors for REST API/SDK based cloud integrations • Project Manage technical project deliverables • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of partnerships • Escalate complex technical issues post-release • Submit feature requests and suggest technical improvements to internal Product teams • Perform Enablement Sessions to sales and solution engineers and manage Demo environments
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in SW Technical roles • Bachelor degree in Computer Sciense or Software engineering • Masters degree preferable • Experience leading API/SDK integrations with large Enterprise SaaS platforms and mobile technologies • Experience with software engineering and design architecture • Experience in customer facing roles • Experience in technical project management and proven track record of leading challenging technical initiatives • Passionate about cloud, mobile technologies and emerging categories • Ability to travel internationally
