Description

• Own the tactical product roadmap, gather product requirements, and translate customer needs into product capabilities through backlog grooming, rigorous prioritization, and collaboration with other product managers and cross-functional teams. • Manage the product development lifecycle for tactical-focused features across Teamworks products from concept to launch. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and establish product strategy. • Partner with engineering and design to define the scope and timing of development and deliver exceptional features for our tactical products. • Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans. • Work with stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and execution through excellent communication and planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role in a SaaS B2B environment. • Experience defining product vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. • Experience working on highly technical and complex product features, in a product or engineering role. • Understanding of military processes including security requirements, compliance, and regulations. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience driving cross-functional teams to ship features on aggressive timelines. • Skilled in gathering and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making. • Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce. • Experience or interest in working in the DoD / Tactical space. • Willing to travel to meet with customers, vendors, and partners.
