β€’ Own the tactical product roadmap, gather product requirements, and translate customer needs into product capabilities through backlog grooming, rigorous prioritization, and collaboration with other product managers and cross-functional teams. β€’ Manage the product development lifecycle for tactical-focused features across Teamworks products from concept to launch. β€’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and establish product strategy. β€’ Partner with engineering and design to define the scope and timing of development and deliver exceptional features for our tactical products. β€’ Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans. β€’ Work with stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and execution through excellent communication and planning.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role in a SaaS B2B environment. β€’ Experience defining product vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps. β€’ Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. β€’ Experience working on highly technical and complex product features, in a product or engineering role. β€’ Understanding of military processes including security requirements, compliance, and regulations. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Experience driving cross-functional teams to ship features on aggressive timelines. β€’ Skilled in gathering and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making. β€’ Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce. β€’ Experience or interest in working in the DoD / Tactical space. β€’ Willing to travel to meet with customers, vendors, and partners.
