• Teamworks, the Operating System for Sports™, powers over 6,500 sports organizations worldwide. • Seeking a precise, analytical Salesforce Administrator to join our operations team. • Report to the VP of Operations and take ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem. • Configure and maintain Salesforce features for optimal performance and usability. • Analyze business needs to implement system enhancements and customizations. • Partner with cross-functional teams for data accuracy and streamlined processes. • Lead integrations between Salesforce and key platforms for seamless functionality. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for actionable insights. • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and recommend innovative solutions. • Automate tasks and workflows to increase productivity. • Manage and troubleshoot system issues, resolving outages swiftly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience with 100+ users, including implementing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce systems. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud capabilities. • Proven expertise with data integrity, complex data migrations, and API-based integrations. • Salesforce Administrator Certification. • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. • Experience managing deployment strategies, including staging and production environments. • A background in SaaS environments, understanding how Salesforce powers customer-centric solutions. • Proficiency with SOQL for querying Salesforce data. • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or other advanced Salesforce certifications. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data tools like Data Loader or Google Sheets Data Connector for Salesforce. • Familiarity with other CRMs and sales tools, such as Gainsight, InsightSquared, or Marketo. • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes. • Knowledge of Apex programming for creating custom logic and workflows. • Proficiency in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes across tools and teams.
