Description

• Responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage, retain, and advocate for our valued customers • Manage and successfully execute customer marketing campaigns to help drive revenue and increase brand awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or a similar role, preferably at SaaS companies • Experience in lead generation, marketing campaigns, and event promotion • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Marketo, Intercom, and Salesforce preferred • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Experience hosting live and on-demand events. GoToWebinar proficiency is a plus
