Description

• Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Program Manager to lead Tebra's partner ecosystem. • Manage and expand existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a channel sales and/or partnership development role • Industry experience in healthcare SaaS or technology preferred • Ability to program manage the partner process • Familiarity with creating partner strategy • Experience with carrying a revenue quota • A born problem solver • High level of business acumen • Passionate about fostering relationships • Ability to work cross-functionally • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred • Experience with using Outreach as a sales engagement platform preferred
