• Tebra is looking for a highly motivated, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to oversee flagship products within the Patient Experience portfolio. • You will own and manage the core scheduling and pre-appointment experience for patients and providers. • This role involves daily management of products used by patients and providers to enhance their healthcare experience. • As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of new products and define the future of the product experience.
• 5-7+ years experience bringing customer-facing technology products to market, 3-5 years in a senior product management or product strategy experience • High level of experience with service / API-driven technologies • Superb written/presentation/oral skills, ability to easily interface with customers, executives, peers and engineers • Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses to inform product research, shape strategic direction, and guide roadmap prioritization, ensuring the product maintains a competitive edge in the SaaS landscape • Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience • Strong analytical skills • Adaptable and comfortable with an often fast-paced and dynamic startup work environment • Comfortable with being hands as needed and understands that no job is beneath a team member • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
