Requirements

• A high-achiever with a demonstrated track record of sales success • 7+ years of experience in high-growth early-stage startup sales • A highly coachable individual with a history of rapidly adapting to new environments • Someone who embodies radical candor and possesses unwavering determination • Previous success in selling new product categories as opposed to being a "price configurator" • Consistent and proven record of selling 6 figure annual recurring revenue contracts for lesser-known brands • Experience using a variety of sales channels, including online marketing and telephone • Quick learner and highly adaptable, with the added advantage of international or cross-industry experience • Possess a high technical aptitude and a hunter mentality • Previous experience in energy and power markets, weather, machine learning or AI products, or related fields • Travel as necessary within Europe to engage with prospects and clients • A background demonstrating world-class competitiveness
