Each Client Success Manager is the main point of contact for a batch of specific accounts and works closely with TechnologyAdvice sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure the greatest experience from on-boarding to delivered product.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from recognized institution (or equivalent experience) • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools • Strong communication skills across digital platforms, including Slack, email, and phone • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities while maintaining accuracy • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
