Description

• The Salesforce Administrator will be an integral part of our Revenue Operations Team! • The role will be involved in providing support for many aspects of Salesforce across multiple departments within the company. • Responding to internal requests, questions and issues, working with our sales team to provide reporting and dashboards across multiple regions, and refining or maintaining the back end salesforce processes, including objects, validation rules, flows, templates, Conga, etc.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with proven expertise • Skilled in user provisioning, roles, profiles, and permissions management • Experienced in workflow rules, validation, flows, and custom object creation • Proficient in creating reports and dashboards • Support and troubleshoot integrated applications (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Conga, etc.) • Strong communicator with ability to multitask and adapt quickly • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
