Description

• Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and website optimization • Manage the editorial calendar and content creation for all digital marketing channels • Oversee and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement • Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize digital marketing KPIs like CPL, CPC and ROAS • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for new initiatives • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital efforts and achieve business goals • Manage and optimize the company's website, including content updates, design enhancements, and technical improvements • Oversee the work of any digital marketing vendors or agencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital and email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results • Proficient in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing software • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation • An excellent storyteller with a strong ability to articulate value through email copy and ad copy • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Effective project management and team leadership abilities • Familiar with web design, HTML, and CSS • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
