Description

• TEECOM is a $40+ million/year consulting engineering firm with an average annual growth rate of 20% over the past 25 years. • We make technology work in buildings through strategic consulting, design and engineering, project management, and enterprise support. • The Accounting Manager oversees all core aspects of accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and other financial operations. • This role leads key projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, compliance, and reporting within the Accounting department. • The Accounting Manager serves as a mentor to the Accounting staff, guiding professional development and instilling best practices. • Reports directly to the CFO and receives mentorship to support personal growth and strategic alignment with TEECOM’s financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related field. • CPA, CMA, or Masters Degree. • Minimum of 10 years accounting experience demonstrating increased responsibility. • Experience managing billing and financials of a professional services firm. • Experience managing a team. • Experience working with multiple legal entities. • Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance requirements. • Refer to the Skills List above.
