📋 Description

• As a Product Onboarding Specialist, you will act as a concierge for new customers, delivering a tailored, white-glove onboarding experience. • Your mission is to ensure customers are set up for long-term success during their first 90 days, working closely with them to configure campaigns, train them on our tools, and support their strategic goals. • You will also facilitate smooth handoffs to Managed Services or other teams when applicable. • Teikametrics is a leading SaaS company that helps e-commerce brands scale their advertising with cutting-edge AI technology. Our platform empowers sellers to optimize ad campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, and more.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Product Onboarding role, preferably within the e-commerce or advertising industry. • Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising, particularly Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok. • Familiarity with SaaS technology and platforms is highly preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships. • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering above-and-beyond service. • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
