• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Unit Communications. • Support internal communication strategies and initiatives for US Group Health and Hospital Services. • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans promoting brand awareness and engaging stakeholders. • Shape business narratives and manage change via strategic messaging and executive communications. • Oversee employee communications, cultivate relationships with executives, and develop timely strategic communication plans. • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business and employee communications, with a focus on strategic communications planning and execution within the healthcare industry. • 8 years of experience developing and implementing successful communication strategies and employee campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for a variety of audiences and channels. • Writing samples required at time of interview. • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives, stakeholders, and external partners. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in communications, including digital media, social media, and content marketing.
