• Create, refine, and manage high-quality content for internal teams. • Develop educational materials, user guides, and digital content to support Teladoc's telehealth solutions and services. • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and compliance. • Maintain consistency in tone, language, and branding across all communication materials. • Perform regular content audits and assessments to ensure that the information remains current and effective. • Tailor content accordingly to improve user engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in content development, policy and procedure writing, workflow development, training material creation, or instructional design, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector. • Experience working with instructional designers and trainers to create content that supports both formal and informal learning experiences. • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS). • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and content optimization for different platforms. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. • Experience with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and compliance-related content is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and training teams.
