Description

• Leads internal communications for Teladoc Health, including message development, executive visibility, and employee communications. • Oversees a team to create content and build channels in support of employee brand narrative. • Collaborates with executives to develop communication goals and strategies. • Writes speeches and messaging to communicate mission and values to stakeholders. • Produces employee engagement campaigns and manages intranet presence. • Innovates employee communications channels using a multi-media approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field; Master’s degree highly valued. • Minimum of 10 years of experience advising and coaching senior executives on internal, corporate communications in the healthcare industry. • 10 years of experience designing and executing communications plans and strategies. • 10 years of experience successfully writing for a range of senior executives, especially speechwriting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide writing examples at interview stage.
