• Create and achieve a sales budget, including bookings, billings and POS • Manage a group of manufacturer’s representatives and regional distribution networks; participate in quarterly reviews. • Create an OEM business development target customer list. • Directs field applications team to achieve design wins… Regularly meet with current and potential customers • Submit monthly Sales Activity Reports to management. • Update designs wins within a sales funnel using CRM tools . • Participate in new product definition and report market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field • Minimum 5-10 years previous experience in technical field working with manufacturer’s reps and distribution channels in Aerospace & Defense markets. • Experience with electronic components required (manufacturing) • Preparation of quarterly presentations; covering short/long-term goals and performance in region • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Travel required = 50%
