Description

Hapi specializes in data integration for hospitality and seeks a Sales Cloud Consultant to lead Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working “hands on” with Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud • Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator certification • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud functionality, including but not limited to: • Experience working with PersonAccounts • Knowledge of SOQL, SF inspector, DataLoader, Flows • Experience using Service Cloud as a customer service agent • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Be organized, highly disciplined and self-motivated • Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members over chat, email, and video calls • Manage time effectively and meet work performance and/or productivity levels while teleworking • Experience configuring apps on the Salesforce AppExchange (preferred) • Hands on Salesforce Administrator experience (preferred) • Hotel/Hospitality (or related industry) experience (preferred) • Service Cloud Consultant/Administrator experience (preferred)
