β€’ Expand GENLED Brands market share with regional accounts. β€’ Employ dual focus on architectural lighting specification and crossover accounts with signage lighting specification. β€’ Create (and exceed) individual product category sales targets and overall revenue goals. β€’ Help design and execute go-to-market strategy for new products and new areas of business. β€’ Optimize marketing dollars and resources for maximum brand exposure and growth. β€’ Travel regularly to meet key customers, prospect new sales agencies and attend trade shows and networking events. β€’ Provide first-rate customer service with technical information and provide product recommendations to fit the vast and ever-changing design intents of architects and lighting designers. β€’ Perform product demos and sales training for existing customers and prospects while differentiating GENLED Brands products and solutions from competitor offerings.

Requirements

β€’ 4-year college degree β€’ 5+ years of sales experience β€’ Strong relationship builder (existing relationships with rep agencies, lighting design firms, and architectural firms required) β€’ Outstanding communications ability β€’ Solid business acumen and leadership in sales and marketing β€’ Strengths in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales
