📋 Description
• Expand GENLED Brands market share with regional accounts. • Employ dual focus on architectural lighting specification and crossover accounts with signage lighting specification. • Create (and exceed) individual product category sales targets and overall revenue goals. • Help design and execute go-to-market strategy for new products and new areas of business. • Optimize marketing dollars and resources for maximum brand exposure and growth. • Travel regularly to meet key customers, prospect new sales agencies and attend trade shows and networking events. • Provide first-rate customer service with technical information and provide product recommendations to fit the vast and ever-changing design intents of architects and lighting designers. • Perform product demos and sales training for existing customers and prospects while differentiating GENLED Brands products and solutions from competitor offerings.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-year college degree • 5+ years of sales experience • Strong relationship builder (existing relationships with rep agencies, lighting design firms, and architectural firms required) • Outstanding communications ability • Solid business acumen and leadership in sales and marketing • Strengths in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales
