Description

• As a Cyber Security Service Manager, you will manage and deliver cybersecurity services to clients. • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and assigned clients. • Oversee service contracts and ensure execution to high standards. • Coordinate specialized working groups and manage technical escalations. • Provide expert consultation on cybersecurity matters. • Ensure prompt response to security incidents.

Requirements

• Must have the right to live and work in the UK. • Must have full and valid UK driving licence and access to own transport to travel between sites. • Any offer would be conditional upon the successful candidate passing a full DBS national security vetting process. • Compliance to ISO27001, ISO27018, ISO20000, ISO22301 and ISO9001 is essential. • Quality, IT Service Management, Business Continuity and Information security awareness, education and training are given regularly. • The role will require being put through SC Clearance - if you already hold SC/DV that would be advantageous. • Background verification checks in line with BPSS on potential candidates prior to, and throughout, employment.
