📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. • Manage projects to configure ARIEL ® plan parameters and test calculation results, as required. • Oversee the implementation and configuration of software solutions according to client needs. • Conduct system testing and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementation. • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. • Document processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference. • Continuously improve implementation processes and procedures. • Train and support development of junior team members. • Act as a resource to the entire DB Pension Administration practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or background and coursework that demonstrates mathematical ability. • Additional course work in pension administration or mathematics is an asset. • Associate level - Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing and support with work experience in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry. • Consultant level - Minimum 8 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing and support with work experience in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry. • Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
