• Bring thought leadership and in-depth knowledge of job architecture and compensation • Provide professional understanding of organizational design, compensation, total rewards, and HR • Support effective design and delivery of global transformation programs • Analyze, monitor progress, develop and track KPIs for change management plans • Conduct specialist research and provide impact analysis of compensation programs • Secure executive buy-in by creating presentations and analyses for senior leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience within Human Resources • Expertise in Organizational Design, Compensation and/or Total Rewards • Strong understanding of organizational design principles and tools • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and market survey participation • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Senior-level stakeholder management skills • Problem-solving mindset • Highly adaptable and comfortable working with autonomy • Experienced collaborator in a remote role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Success Factors and Google Suite • University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field • Hold or working towards formal HR qualifications (CPHR, SPHR and/or CCP) • Master’s degree considered an asset
