Description

• Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company. • You will support the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent. • The Associate Director, Compliance - Americas plays a critical role in maintaining the reputation of integrity for Telix. • You will work closely with leaders across the entire business to design, develop, and implement a dynamic compliance program. • The role requires developing, implementing, and directing the Americas compliance program for Telix including drafting policies and procedures, creating educational programs, and advising employees. • Expected activities include providing input on compliance strategy, managing the US health care professional compliance program, and leading compliance risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree in law, ethics, business, accounting, or data management or relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) strongly preferred. • 8+ years’ experience working in a legal, compliance, internal audit, or risk management role within the health or life sciences industry required. • Working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and standards that affect US public companies operating in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, and health care industries. • Strong experience designing and leading compliance projects, including managing compliance committees, leading risk assessments preferred. • Strong experience within a global public company, including leading projects or teams with colleagues from around the world strongly preferred. • Strong experience working with global anti-corruption or other compliance rules in European, South American, Asian, and ANZ countries preferred. • The ability to craft compelling narratives around compliance initiatives that create trust preferred. • Strong, proven experience in at least two of the following areas: data monitoring and analysis, risk mitigation, internal audit, systems management, investigations management, education and communication development, policy development, and compliance advising. • Ability to stay abreast of changing laws, regulations, and industry standards and communicate, or incorporate, those changes into the business. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Track record of independently managing projects that bring meaningful change to organizations. • Experience working on sensitive matters or handling confidential information. • High-character individual with strong compass for ethics and integrity and a passion for advancing a culture of integrity within organizations.
