Description

• Contribute to strategic goals through leadership of the Field Medical Team • Serve as expert lead for clinical theranostics team • Develop product brand strategies and ensure execution of medical strategies • Expert in radiomics, imaging informatics, dosimetry, and clinical practices • Ensure compliance with GLP, ICH, and GCP guidelines • Recruit and develop outstanding CTSs • Lead imaging strategies for product launch and clinical trials • Analyze imaging data for publications • Establish collaboration with Key Imaging Leaders

Requirements

• MD or PhD in relevant area expertise in nuclear medicine required • 8+ years Medical Affairs experience in Pharmaceutical or equivalent required • 2+ years management experience or equivalent required • Experience in radiopharmaceuticals preferred or oncology is an advantage • Thorough understanding of all applicable regulatory requirements for field‐based scientific personnel • Experience/expertise in interpretation of scientific data, market research, and competitive intelligence tools • Track record of success in building, developing and managing high-performing field-based teams • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and when giving presentations • Demonstrated ability to develop medical affairs strategies and tactical plans • Detailed knowledge of regulations and practices related to industry interactions with healthcare professionals • Excellent organization skills, planning abilities and budget management • Ability to quickly understand: • complex disease areas, treatments and clinical development plans • healthcare landscape, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and patient journey • Demonstrated ability to build productive collaborations with medical experts • Able to thrive as part of a team and when working independently • Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted objectives • Valid driver’s license • Ability for 60% travel
