• Responsible for overseeing and optimizing global supply chain processes • Lead a team of supply chain professionals • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. • 15+ years’ progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or radiopharmaceutical industry required • Prior experience with global supply chain preferred • Dangerous goods handling experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, with a focus on global operations. • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing global supply chain teams, driving performance, and implementing process improvements. • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, such as FDA cGMP, ICH guidelines, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). • Experience in managing complex supplier and contract manufacturing relationships, including negotiation, performance management, and risk mitigation. • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and systems, e.g., SAP and advanced analytics tools to analyze data and make informed decisions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex supply chain issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization. • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends
