📋 Description

• Analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth • Building and maintaining GTM dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track sales and marketing effectiveness • Providing insights on pipeline performance, sales funnel conversion rates, and customer acquisition trends • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine targeting, segmentation, and lead qualification strategies • Conducting post-mortem analyses on campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives to improve future performance • Supporting territory planning, forecasting, and quota setting using data-driven models • Identifying inefficiencies in the GTM process and proposing actionable recommendations for optimization • Assisting in evaluating and implementing GTM tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a GTM, revenue operations, business intelligence, or sales strategy role • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to generate insights • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders from sales, marketing, and operations • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry is a plus • Proficiency in SQL
