• Oversee a seamless onboarding experience for our customers • Define and facilitate training and learning materials • Conduct detailed walkthroughs and training sessions • Gather valuable feedback to enhance our onboarding process • Collaborate with sales and Customer Success teams to identify customer onboarding needs
• 3+ years of experience in delivering effective software presentations • Experience with training, onboarding, or learning content creation and demonstration • Experience with documenting and improving customer processes • Experience with content creation and curation • Work collaboratively with team members • Effectively communicate internally and externally
