🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a similar role. • Previous experience working with a software company / in fintech is a plus. • Demonstrable success in growing social media audiences, evidenced by measurable metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, or conversions. • Experience in content creation, media relations, and digital marketing. • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms. • Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform content strategy. • Excellent organisational and project management skills. • Strategic thinking and the ability to harness innovative ideas to create meaningful, relevant content.
