• TEN Healthcare is hiring a Territory Manager based in Little Rock, Arkansas responsible for selling and marketing laboratory services to a defined regional territory. • Grow and maintain an established territory through relationship marketing to clinics. • Act as a liaison between TEN Healthcare and clients, ensuring effective communication. • Keep up to date with pathology and toxicology data to engage in discussions. • Meet goals for decision-maker contacts and new business calls while managing accounts.
• Valid Driver’s License • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively and confidently with clients and team members. • Strategic Planning & Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet sales goals and deadlines. • Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changes in products and the healthcare environment. • Sales Experience: 2-3 years of industry-related sales experience, with healthcare experience preferred. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though not required. • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
