• Craft a partner ecosystem from scratch • Identify and develop partnerships with high-potential strategic partners • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop partnership strategies • Measure success based on revenue, growth, and engagement metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience in partnership management, marketing, business development, or commercial sales roles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners • Experience in HR tech or SaaS startups is a plus
