Description
• Senior Program Manager to support a CISA cyber security program • Oversee all contractor work performed • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to demonstrate project progress to management • Maintain an onsite workstation to interface with contractor employees, the COR, and other federal employees • Meet with the contractor team and management frequently to formulate and review task plans and deliverables • Ensure availability to the COR via telephone between 0830 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and respond to technical problems within 4 hours of notification
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager on government contracts • Demonstrated experience supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management • Technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy • Proven experience in state/local government critical infrastructure program operations and structures • Active PMP certification • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English • Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance or equivalent
